Before each session, I take the time to get to know you on a deeper level, to understand you and your family dynamics, values, and the moments you hold dear. This personalized approach ensures that your story shines through in every photograph, making each image a cherished piece of your family's legacy. So let's create images that go beyond the perfect posed photo, and create imagery that evokes a sense of warmth & nostalgia.
Each session is an opportunity to create a visual narrative that unfolds this chapter of your family's journey – a story that will be cherished for generations to come.
After booking your session, the fun begins! I will send you a questionnaire to get to know you and your family better, and gain a better understanding of your vision. You will also receive a prep guide to help you with styling, location planning, prepping for the session, and so much more. I offer a 1:1 zoom call to all my clients so that we can meet face to face where I can answer any questions that you may have and plan your session together.
During the session, I will guide and direct you and your family as much or as little as you need. Ensuring you are in the perfect light, I will prompt you to snuggle and play while encouraging you to be in the moment.
Don't know what to wear? No problem! I offer styling guidance and a full client closet for women and young children. Many of the women's options are one-size-fits-many, and I offer a variety of options for women of all shapes and sizes. Most of my dresses and other clothing items are maternity and post-partum friendly. If you prefer to purchase your own items, or shop from your own closet, I can guide you to put together outfits that will photograph well together!

Sessions may be held outdoors, in-home or in-studio. If you are looking for a studio option, I have 3 dates/month available in a beautiful studio in Gastown or my in-home studio in Maple Ridge available at no extra cost. Vancouver studio dates outside of this are subject to additional studio fees.
